Stan was a kind and loving man who was always quick to let his entire family know how much he loved them. His kind heart and warm smile will be missed. Stan immigrated to Canada in 1955, marrying the love of his life, adored wife, Erato, in 1963. Together they raised their son of whom they were both very proud. Stan, along with his brothers George and Nick, opened Delphi’s Steak & Pizza House in 1975 where together they ran a successful family restaurant for a number of years.
After closing the restaurant in 2006, Stan spent his time enjoying trips to Greece, shooting the breeze at the Greek Seniors Centre, chanting at church, and cherishing time spent with his family.
Stan will be deeply missed. In lieu of flowers please donate to the British Columbia Cancer Society.
