Later in 1943, as a young man, he studied in Naples in Veterinary Science and graduated with a degree in this area. In 1957, he married Angela Casoria, the love of his life.
As a couple, they decided to move to Canada to start a new life here in Vancouver. They soon were blessed with three sons, Giovanni, Simone and Alfonso. As Michele’s sons were married, the family continued to grow and soon there were 7 grandchildren. Giovanni and Ginette had two daughters, Émilie and Mélina, Simone had twin daughters, Angela and Ava, Alfonso and Laura, had three children, Angela, Michaela and Nico.
Sadly his life came to an end, December 17, 2015, predeceasing his wife Angela in 1994. He was 97 years old. He will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends. God bless you Michele.
