Sorry to hear about Marcels passing. I had the opportunity of working with Marcel back in the 1980's- 1990's providing inspections for the school district. I'll never forget his retirement party and the comments he made. He was a legend!! Haha!! I always loved his comments and discussions on how we should be trying to make things better!!  He will be missed by all. Holly and I pass on our condolences to friends and family. Looking forward to hearing more stories on the 6th of May!

We, Anna and Barry Adamson, met Marcel in Melaque several years ago and always enjoyed his company whenever we met.  And we know that besides us there are many more of his winter season Mexico acquaintances who will be missing him for years to come.  We send our condolences to Marcel's family left behind.

Bonny and myself knew Marcel as our 'landlord' while vacationing in Melaque. He was always very friendly and helpful  .... also a wicked cribbage player! RIP MARCEL.

Marcel was such a good friend over many years both at home in Prince George and in Melaque Mexico. He would do anything for us including helping to build our fence and finding us accommodation in Melaque.  We will certainly miss him.   He was lucky to have 3 loving and caring kids. RIP Marcel.  


SO sorry to hear about Marcel passing away. I used to work with him at the school board during the 1980:s and 90:s.  I was a carpenter and he was my boss. We shared some very interesting times at the schools. He did electrical work before he became a boss which I think that he really didn't like, but he replaced a supervisor that had to quit because of health.  He got along great with all the guys and enjoyed having a beer with them once in a while. I remember one time when the school board had a fishing derby at Clukus lake we all were a bit drunk and were singing half the night, Marcel had a pretty good voice. We were supposed to get up around 6am but he just slept in until 12 noon,  so much for fishing ,we all laughed and had a great time. Your friend  Allen Gilchuk.

Tan respetuoso, Amoroso, atento y sobre todo un maravilloso hombre, nunca había conocido a una persona como a él.
Cada que salíamos a pasear Dulce y yo allá en Canadá, siempre nos cuidaba, nos decía que no llegáramos tarde y nos regañaba si lo haciamos😅
Extrañare muchísimo a Marcel! 😪 Pero siempre lo llevaré en mi corazón! ❤️

Gracias a El y a Dulce pude conocer Canadá, le agradezco tanto que me allá aceptado en su casa y le allá comportado tan lindo conmigo.
