It’s with tremendous sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful mama Liselotte Ann Marie GULER on April 6 2023.She passed away peacefully with her twin sons by her side.
Liselotte known to her family as LOTTI was born in Germany and came to Vancouver when she was a little girl, LOTTI was the oldest of six children.
Not knowing English she pushed herself to learn the language LOTTI would attend John Oliver and Magee, where she would skip a grade, and Point Grey.LOTTI would eventually start a family of her own having twins Dwight and Dwayne and adopted a daughter Leanne.
Our beloved mother was a hard worker,excellent role model and had a good work ethic .LOTTI always led by example.She would then go on to S.F.U.earning her degree and become a teacher, all while being a single mother.Always found time for her kids.Truly an amazing woman.
LOTTI started teaching in the New Westminster area first at Herbert Spencer and then John Robson for 15 years.
LOTTI from an early age played the piano and was a talented painter and artist selling and showing her art for most of her life, later on LOTTI would focus on painting terra cotta pots.
LOTTI was an avid reader who was never without a book.LOTTI always had a book on the go.LOTTI especially loved her long blonde hair.
Our beautiful mama found joy out of the smallest things in life.She loved the rain.She was kind and generous and a beautiful soul.
LOTTI was a devoted mother grandmother and great grandmother.
Our beautiful Mama will be endlessly missed by many people especially her twin sons Dwight and Dwayne and granddaughter Sherry.
We will always love you Mama.
