Katina Zerbinos

January 18, 1933, aged 90

Katina passed away peacefully on September 25, 2023, with her loving daughter at her side.

She was born in Finikounda, Messinia, Greece. Katina, will be lovingly remembered by her Children Peter (Laura), Bill (Rosely), Tasso, George (Vivi), Voula (Tariq); Grandchildren: George, Anastasia, Adam, Yianni, Daniela, Willie, Katerina, Cecilia, Alexander; numerous family members and friends.

Katina will be remembered for her generosity, kind heartedness, opening her home to new Greek immigrants and helping them with their new lives in Canada, her house full of family and friends, her amazing cooking and baking, her infectious smile and her unconditional love for her family.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4500 Arbutus Street, Vancouver, BC, followed by the burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 3789 Royal Oak Avenue, Burnaby, BC.
