Clem was a dedicated scholar with two undergraduate degrees and a Masters of Social Work from the University of Manitoba. He was a sociable soul with diverse interests, known for his love of reading, storytelling and lively games of ping pong. A natural connector, Clem served as a pillar of support for both friends and family, dedicated himself to helping others as a Social Worker for the Manitoba Government, Employment & Income Assistance Department.
He shared 46 years of marriage with his beloved wife, raising a son and daughter amidst the joys of family vacations and school recitals. In Vancouver, Clem embraced swimming at the local pool, exercise classes and walking in nature, while his wife tended the garden. His love of learning and laughter over a meal will forever endure in the hearts of those who knew him.
A visitation for Clement will be held Friday, May 24, 2024 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at 10:00 am at Glenhaven Memorial Chapel, 1835 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC. Lunch will be served at 11:30 am at Pink Pearl Chinese restaurant at 1132 E Hastings St, Vancouver, BC
