Unfortunately only recently found out about Clem’s passing….I had the pleasure of working with Clem for a few years with the Manitoba Employment and Income Assistance program early in my career. I’m now retired before 60 and after 4 kids and I have Clem to thank for that. We would go for coffee and he would explain smart investing to me and his advice was incredible. Sincere condolences to the family and I and the world will miss a very good man in Clem….

We knew Clement for 49 years from the time he arrived in Canada to go to university.  My Kozub family "adopted" Clement.  My late husband, George & our son Ryan and I loved Clement & when he married & had a family we became even closer.  Ryan & Alpha were less than two years apart in age & were like a brother & sister.  
Our extended families spent all of the significant holidays & special celebrations together. 
George & Clement did a number of projects together i.e. building a fence, and a barrier so no one would fall off the front steps etc. 
George even took Clement to Taos, N.M. to go down hill skiing which was for Clement a highlight.  Clement flew to George's bedside when he was moved to Palliative care a few days before his death.  Clement was a true friend & we will miss him so much.

Dear Clement,  

We miss you and I really appreciated that you stopped by at my father's shop to say good bye  when you came to Canada.  

Never thought that we'd  meet up again in Vancouver when you  moved out from Winnipeg.

I still remember those  days when we went to Ms. Yvonne's  place for her tutoring. 

May your soul rest in peace and find everlasting  joy in heaven.

We were deeply saddened by Clement's passing.
Clement was a truly remarkable person. His love for reading, especially the "Globe and Mail" always sparkled thoughtful conversations. His firm belief in fate and that everything is pre-destined gave him a unique and reassuring perspective on life. I always admired how he embraced life's journey with such a positive outlook.

He was a familiar and friendly face at the Eileen Daley Swimming Pool, where his presence will surely be missed by all who knew him there. Clement's kindness was evident in every interaction. He has a compassionate heart, often sharing stories about underprivileged citizens struggling with drug addictions and welfare challenges. his empathy for those less fortunate and his concern for their well-being was truly inspiring.

I will miss our chats over coffee and the way he cared so deeply about others. Clement's legacy of kindness and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing him.
