Ralph Carson Ohm, 87, of Conway, previously of the Van Buren / Fort Smith area, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in Conway. He was born July 29, 1937 in the Turner Community to the late William and Lilly (Thacker) Ohm. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was retired from the U.S.D.A. as a food safety inspector.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Helen Craven, Irene Floyd, Eve Jean Adcock, and Wilma Hill; and a brother, Bill Ohm.
He is survived by his wife, June Ohm of the home; two daughters, Angela June Ohm of Arlington, VA, and Debra Wintory and husband Blake of Conway; and a granddaughter, Janey “Mo” Wintory.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at Edward Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gracelawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Winstead, Joe Adcock, Larry Craven, Garry Floyd, William K. Ohm, and Don Hill.
The family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2024, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
