Linda Sue Powers, 73, of Van Buren, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 in Fort Smith. She was born November 22, 1948 in Fort Smith to the late James and Eva (Isley) Moses. She had retired from St. Edwards Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Powers; and a brother, Danny Moses.
She is survived by a daughter, Tammy Branch and husband Shannon of Van Buren; a son, Travis Powers of Van Buren; and a grandson, Brayden Branch.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2022 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Gill Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
The family will visit with friends from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, October 9, 2022, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
