Larry Gale Dehart, 75, of Van Buren, passed away Monday, June 19, 2023 at his home. He was born August 11, 1947 in Van Buren to the late James and Reba (Conley) Dehart. He was self-employed in the automotive business – parts, sales and service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, JoAnn Dehart, a son, Joseph Schoening, Sr.; a grandson, Joseph Schoening, Jr.; a sister, Anna Mae Lloyd; and three brothers, J.C. Dehart, Paul Dehart, and Jack Dehart.
He is survived by three daughters, Pam Vaughn of Van Buren, Sandra Murphy and husband Kenny of Cedarville, and Diana Kulak and husband Mark of Cedarville; a son, David Schoening of Van Buren; a brother, Bobby Dehart and wife Ann of Oklahoma; thirteen grandchildren, and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2023 at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel with ashes being placed at Gill Cemetery. Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
