John Wesley McCormick, 64, of Alma, passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 in Little Rock. He was born March 19, 1957 in Van Buren to the late John M. and Margaret McCormick. He had worked for Merle Hill Construction and Gryner Construction. He was preceded in death by his companion, Sharon Mahan; a daughter, Melissa Gregory; a grandson, Scott Aldridge and a brother, Mark McCormick.
He is survived by a son, Billy McCormick and his wife Darlene of Charleston; a sister, Vicki Taylor and her husband Ernie of Alma; a brother, Tracy McCormick and his wife Patty of Alma; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
He will be cremated under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
