James Michael Mills, 73, of Uniontown, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024 in Van Buren. He was born October 31, 1950 in Fort Smith to the late Thomas and Ella Mae (Van Brunt) Mills. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, and had worked for Whirlpool.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Carol Silva and Connie Mills and four brothers, Thomas, Earl, Gary, and Wayne Mills.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Mills of the home; a daughter, Cherie Mills of Santa Ana, CA; two sons, Jamie Quinalty of Fort Smith and Trent Quinalty of Center Ridge; and two grandchildren, Christopher Bowlin and Ronan Quinalty.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
Viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2024, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
