Georgia Naomi Anderson, 88, of Alma, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024 in a Fort Smith Hospital. Georgia was born February 22, 1936 in Kibler to the late Julian Earl and Nora Nelma (Howard) Cox. She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She loved her family and animals.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husband, Charles Anderson, Jr.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Newton and husband Eddie, and Debbra Lowrimore, both of Kibler; two sons, Stevie Anderson and wife Connie, and Charles Earl Anderson and wife Tonya, also all of Kibler; three sisters; one brother; eight grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
At Georgia’s request no public service will be held.
Cremation is under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren with ashes placed at Gill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Life Church, 3624 Pointer Trail E, Van Buren, AR 72956.
