Carolyn Ann Wilson, 70, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023 at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. She was born October 23, 1952 in Mulberry to the late Clarence and Bennie (Rye) Wilson. Following graduation in 1970 from Alma High School, Carolyn received her Bachelor of Science in Education from the College of the Ozarks in Clarksville. She worked for several years in retail management at local and regional levels and in later years became a CNA. Carolyn enjoyed fishing, spending time with friends and spoiling her dogs. She was also a big fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Alma.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Rye.
She is survived by a sister, Dee Anna Gish of Alma; a brother, Homer Wilson and wife Becky of Greenbrier; as well as extended family members and special friends.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Alma City Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.
