Neva was born in Flint, Michigan on March 5, 1935, the daughter of John and Mabel (Ogg) Zeiter. She married Dorman Polzin in Flint, Michigan on October 3, 1953. Surviving is husband Dorman; children, Michael of Anderson, Sharon and husband Alan of Upland, Steven and wife Kyoko of Nagoya, Japan, and David of Ontario; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
