Jennifer Lynn Peterson

It is with a heavy heart that we are notifying our family, friends, and all our loved ones that our beloved Jennifer Lynn Peterson was called upon by God to join him in Heaven early Friday morning (September 18, 2020).

Jennifer Lynn Peterson of Universal City, Texas was 36 when she passed away peacefully in her sleep.  Her sense of humor was contagious, she had a laugh and a smile that could light up your soul.  Most of all she loved and adored her children, they were her world and reason for living. Jenny wanted nothing more but to have a healthy and wonderful life. 

Jenny touched the lives of everyone she knew, let us remember Jenny as the carefree and loving person she was and celebrate her life as we honor her memory.

 Jenny is survived by her son Preston Peterson (age 12), daughter Stella Peterson (age 10), father Carlos Montoya (Pauline), mother Sandra Torres, brothers Carlos Montoya Jr. (Kathleen) and Matthew Montoya and nephew Kenneth Wayne and niece Hope Eliza Montoya.

Although Jenny has been called upon early by God, a piece of her will always be embedded within each of us.

     The viewing will be held Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 12:00 - 3:00 with the service immediately following from 3:00 - 4:00 at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Rd. Universal City, TX 78148. The maximum capacity to attend each the viewing and the service at once will be 100, keeping within the current regulations in place (face coverings will be required). There will also be a live virtual attendance option available.
