She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph A. Davis, brothers: Harold, Bernard, Johnny, and Elmer Wenzel, son-in-law Tim Morris, daughter-in-law Marlene Davis, sister and brother-in-law Rosabell and Gus Holtz.
Florine is survived by her daughters: Judy Morris, Linda Davis and Rebecca (Dean) Griffee. Sons: Ron (Grace) Davis, Bruce Davis and John (Trish) Davis, sister: Bernardine (Pete) Petoskey, brother: Anthony (Lorine) Wenzel and sister in law Bobbie Wenzel; 9 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Florine was raised on a farm outside of San Antonio on Judson Road and attended Selma Catholic School, no bus just horse and buggy. Florine’s life changed drastically when she married Ralph (a Military man). She lived in upstate New York, Newfoundland Canada, Alamogordo and Albuquerque, New Mexico, finally moving back to San Antonio in 1973, while raising six wonderful kids (as she would say). Florine enjoyed gardening with the help of her green thumb, and was very creative enjoying her in home ceramic shop, sewing, and many other artistic hobbies. Florine was a passionate, loving, and caring woman who loved spending time with her family and friends.
