Daniel Guido

Born in New York City, NY on February 13, 1927, Daniel worked for the New York City Parks Department as an engineer.

He was active in the DC37 Union from New York City, a member of the Knights of Columbus in Staten Island, NY and Union, NJ and a member of the 60+ club at Holy Spirit Church. Daniel enjoyed playing tennis and was a top player with the SPG.

He leaves behind his loving wife Theresa Summers Guido, a son Vincent Guido, three daughters and two sons in law Donna and husband David Groden, Mary Guido, and Lucille and husband Scott Stilwell, a stepson and daughter in law Robert and Mary Ellen Summers, two step daughters and sons in law Linda and husband Ralph Gaglione, and Mary Beth and husband Michael Bade, two sisters and a brother in law Ann and Joseph Barcia, and Virginia Frediah, as well as 17 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the McCracken Funeral Home, 1500 Morris Ave, Union, NJ 07083 on Sunday July 1, 2018 from 2:00pm – 7:00pm. A funeral mass will be held on Monday July 2, 2018 at the Holy Spirit Church, 971 Suburban Rd, Union, NJ 07083 at 10:30am. Cremation will be private.
