Bridget M. Daly

Bridget was born in County Clare, Ireland and came to the United States in 1950. She resided in Elizabeth for 45 years before settling in Union in 1999. She was employed as a secretary at Prudential Insurance, Newark and as a waitress at the Coachman Inn, Cranford for 25 years. Bridget was a parishioner of Holy Spirit Church, Union and was a member of the Rosary Society and 60 Plus Club. She was also a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Bridget will be remembered as a world traveler, an avid reader, animal lover, and devoted to her family.

Beloved wife of the late Patrick J. Daly. Loving mother of Patrick J. Daly Jr., Michael Daly and his wife Veronica, Kathleen Tighe and her husband Dan, and Mary Ellen Daly. Adoring grandmother of Michelle Daly, Ryan Daly, Kaylyn Daly, Brendan Daly, Kerri Daly, Sean Tighe, and Christopher Tighe. Dear sister of John Cleary, Josephine Kelleher, Una Cleary, and the late Michael Cleary.

Visitation will take place on Tuesday, March 31st from 4-8 PM at McCracken Funeral Home 1500 Morris Ave., Union NJ. A funeral mass will be offered on Wednesday, April 1st at 10:30AM at Holy Spirit Church, Union with interment to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia.
