Raymond E. Kaminski

Raymond was born March 25, 1943 in Norwich, the son of the late Edward and Bertha (Korenkiewicz) Kaminski.

He was a graduate of Norwich Free Academy and had worked as a Senior Trade Planner at Electric Boat.

He loved photography, gardening, reading and woodworking. He was an avid New York Yankees fan, especially the Yankees of the 1950’s and 1960’s. He was a huge Mickey Mantle fan.

Raymond is survived by his son Michael Kaminski Sr. and his wife Tracy, daughter Jennifer Kaminski, step brother Steve Majewski, step sister Linda Brown, grandchildren Michael Kaminski Jr., Anna Kaminski, and Kayla Miner, great grandchildren Mikaela, Cameron and Levi and by his partner Ruthie Mattson.

Raymond’s family would like to thank all of the staff at the Norwichtown Rehabilitation and Care Center for the compassionate care that they provided during his stay.

A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at 11 am at St. Joseph Cemetery, 815 Boswell Ave. Norwich. There are no calling hours.
