Linda Joyce Payne, age 82, of Elkhart, Texas passed away on Tuesday, July 18, 2023. Linda was born in Mineola, Texas on November 11, 1940 to J.L. and Edith Mae Higginbotham. she is survived by her sisters: Sue Felty and husband: Paul of Parker, CO, Patsy McMillan of Whitehouse and Kathy Miles of Tyler and several nieces & nephews.

A visitation for Linda will be held Tuesday, July 25, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at 10:00 AM.

Linda will be laid to rest in Tyler Memorial Park, Tyler, TX.
