Funeral Home in Tyler with Brother Bruce Rudd and Brother Charles Dodson officiating. Burial will follow
at Tyler Memorial Cemetery in Tyler. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home Saturday Oct. 6, 6-8 pm.
Mrs. Crawley went home to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, October 04, 2012 after a brief
illness.
Linda Lou Morgan Crawley was born June 28, 1938 in Tyler. She graduated from Tyler High in 1956. Most
of her life was devoted to taking care of others, She was a Registered Nurse with 40 years of caring for others.
She worked at Glenwood Hospital later known as Community Hospital and UTHC. She was a member
of Mt. Sylvan Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Larry Crawley; parents Faye Townley Morgan and Oscar C.
Morgan and sister Charlene Hutton.
She is survived by sons Larry Bryan Crawley of Whitehouse, John Leslie Crawley of Bullard; sisters
Glenda Palmer and husband Jimmy of Gresham; Patsy Womack and husband James of Tyler; seven
grandchildren and six great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews and two special friends of the family Ethel Ratcliff and Vaunda Warnash.
Grandsons and nephews will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be the members of the
Sharon Shrine Oriental Band.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations are made to Hospice of East Texas, 4111 University
Blvd., Tyler, 75701.
The family would like to express special thanks to all the staff of Hospice of East Texas including Nurses
and Aides for wonderful care of our beloved Mother, sister, and Nanda/Ninda.
