Judith Alise Graham (Judy) of Tyler, TX passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the age of 82. Judy was born in Kennett, MO. , July 4, 1940 and lived most of her early life in north western Mississippi in the ‘Delta’. Excelling at fashion design and sewing many of her own dresses throughout high school, Judy received National Awards and scholarships. She attended Mississippi College for Woman and married Fred J. Graham on December 23, 1961.
Judy worked as a Kindergarten teacher and Executive Assistant at Bay Area Christian School in League City, TX for 20+ years and also at Lockheed-Martin. In retirement, Fred and Judy moved to Tyler, TX in 2003 and joined Colonial Hills Baptist Church. Judy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. A woman of strong faith, character, and beauty who didn’t shy from living her faith daily. She had an infectious laugh, exemplified southern charm and grace and most importantly attempted daily to live a life of a devoted follower of Christ. She was frequent volunteer at Breckenridge School and Colonial Hills Baptist church.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Eathel Broglin. Judy is survived by her husband of 61 years, Fred J. Graham. Sons, Bradley Graham – Daughter-in-Law Kendra Graham. Michael Graham – daughter-in-law Yvette Graham. Grandchildren: Nathan Graham (wife - Staci Graham), Rachael Graham, Brandt Graham (wife - Kaitlan Graham), Zachary Graham and Hannah Graham. Great grandchildren – Drew Graham, Jack Graham and Nora Graham.
A a time of visitation for Judith will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Lloyd James Funeral Home, 1011 East First Street, Tyler, Texas 75701. A "Celebration of Life" service will occur Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Colonial Hills Baptist Church, 7330 South Broadway, Tyler, TX.
