It is with profound sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved brother, David S. Camp. He was found deceased on December 7, 2024. David was born on January 20, 1976, in Longview Texas to Jerry and Vickie Camp. David was a cheerful giver, and a gentle peacemaker. He was full of life, loved to play games, spend time with his friends and family. He was good at making people smile and laugh. David loved God most of all and then his family and friends. He shined the Light of Jesus wherever he was. He never met an enemy and brought people together and even now with his passing. He will be sorely missed by his family and friends. However, we have this hope: His spirit will live on forever. He is survived by his father, Jerry Camp, his stepmother, Suzanne Camp, his sister, Lynn Kolb and spouse, Jonathan Kolb, his brother, Mike Camp and spouse, Cynthia Camp, his nephew Elisha Camp, and his niece Rachel Camp. There will be a visitation from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday, December 20, 2024 and a celebration of his life on December 21, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Both of these will be at Tyler Memorial Funeral Home at 12053 State Hwy 64 West, Tyler, TX 75704. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his memory to a Christian radio station he listened to often: Air1 at www.air1.com
