Charles O Harr age 72 of Tyler passed away on April 24, 2017 in a local hospital. Mr. Harr was born on June 8, 1944 to Charles O and Carolyn O Wade Harr in Wynne Arkansas he had lived in Tyler about 30 years and was long distance truck driver driving a truck enough miles to circle the Earth 26 times an assistant manager for Big Lots and Christian Photo. He had a great sense of lighthearted playfulness and if you stood still for more than a moment, he would verbally pull your leg. He is survived by his wife and companion of 40 years being married 33years of that time Pamela Carltock of Tyler, sons: Dannan Harr and wife: Lisa, Kendall Harr and granddaughters: Audrey and Abigail.
