Evelynea Mae Tanner Thompson

Services will be Friday April 30, 2021 at 11:00 am at Heritage Chapel with Rev. Lee Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 am -11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, A Dignity Memorial Provider directing.

She was preceded in death by her husband Willard B. Thompson and her granddaughter Leigh Eddins Milazzo and her son-in-law Thomas D. Edins.

Survivors include her daughter, Kiren T. Eddins of Rosebud, Texas, and her son Gary L. Thompson of Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Grandchildren include Heather Davila (Ben), Matthew Eddins (Nicole), John Thompson (Mandy), Dorian Milazzo and Caroline Thompson (Josh).

Evelynea was born in Louisiana and moved to Alabama in 1952. She was well known for her crafts and always having her door open for all of the neighbors.
