He is preceded in death by his 1st wife, Betty Jean Hawn-09/06/1940-09/28/2009 and his 2nd wife, Ruby Lee Wilson-03/12/1927-10/08/2014; one daughter, Betty Marie Curtin-01/25/1965-01/25/1965; sisters, Peggy McConnell 1939-2013 and Jolene Golden 1935-2018; parents, Oscar Dave Curtin Sr. and Ruby Elizabeth Wingo.

He is survived by his daughters, Karen Sue Curtin (Bobby Muse) and Sandra Gail Curtin (Jimmy Wilson); brother, Oscar Dave Curtin Jr. (Ethel Curtin); sisters, Cynthia Ann Curtin (Sasha McKnight) and Kathy Sue Curtin (Carl Bolin); lots of nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Frederick Allen Cousino (Makala), Sabrina Marie Walker (Jason Taylor), Michael Todd Riggs, Eddie Ray Riggs (Robin), and Christopher Lee Wilson; great-grandchildren, Carson Ray Riggs, Lana Audrey Riggs, Raelyn Paige Riggs, Tyffanny Lee Wilson (Jeffrey Pardue), Brandon Lee Wilson (Paisley), Austin Alexandra Campbell (Hanna), and Michael Shawn Campbell; great-great grandchildren, Charlie Mae Campbell, Karaline Rowen Pardue, Chandler Elijah Campbell, and Christian Michael Campbell.
