Benjamin Gary Walker

Benjamin Gary Walker, age 49, of Northport, passed away June 3, 2024 at his residence. A Funeral Service will be held at Memory Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, June 8, 2024. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm with a Memorial Service to follow with Bro. Kristen McGarity officiating.

Ben was preceded in death by his mom, Jane Nichols Walker, his grandparents, Capron and Lavada Walker and Thomas and Sara Nichols.

He is survived by his son Noah Walker and daughters Addison Walker and Jaylee Walker. His father Gary (Barbara) Walker. His aunts and uncles, Ivan (Cathy) Walker, Wanda (Billy) Bowers and Judy (Steve) Hayes and a host of cousins.

Ben was a loving father to Noah, Addison and Jaylee. He was a proud dad and his children meant everything to him. He believed in living a life of glorifying God. He had a strong passion for rock, including Kiss, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith, and many other bands. His love for motorcycles and Harley Davidsons were something else. Ben faced a lot of hardships in life, especially with his health but handled it all with strength, courage, and admirable faith. He loved to travel the world and someday hoped to move to a cooler place among the world.

The family wishes to recognize the following people as Honorary Pallbearers: all of his many friends and coworkers.
