Nelson is survived by; brother Manuel Toste of Turlock, brother Frank Toste of Turlock and sister Diane Francisco of Hilmar.
He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hilmar, California.
Nelson was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation for Nelson will be held from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, March 6, 2020 at Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service, 286 W. Main Street, Turlock, California.
A recitation of the rosary followed by funeral mass will occur at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 8471 Cypress Street, Hilmar, California. A committal service will follow at N. Hilmar Cemetery, 8710 N. Tegner Road, Hilmar, California.
Serving as pallbearers are Krystle Luis, Carlos Luis, Flavio Freitas , Christian Aguilar, Nick Mello and Michael Gross.
