A mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, July 17th at St. Michael’s Church in Olympia, WA at 12:00 noon. There will be a reception following mass at the church with internment to follow at Calgary Cemetery.
Robert Kramer was born December 27th, 1928 at the family farm at Chambers Lake. He was the youngest of 11 children born to Albert and Mary (Kollman) Kramer. He lived his entire life in Thurston County, Wa.
He grew up working at a young age on the family farm. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and trapper. His garden was a thing to marvel at! We are sure that he had 2 green thumbs!! He was a sweet and gentle man and loved being around his kids, 4 granddaughters and 11 great grandkids!
He met and married Grace Taylor in Olympia, WA. They had 2 children, Mark Kramer of Fairbanks, Alaska and Shannon (Kramer) Dvorak of Nampa, ID. They lived in East Olympia until the time of retirement when they moved to Tumwater.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, wife Grace, son-in-law Gordon Dvorak (Atkinson, NE) and all of his 10 siblings.
Robert Kramer is survived by his son Mark (Diana) Kramer of Fairbanks, AK, Shannon Dvorak of Nampa, ID, granddaughters Breanna (Travis) McGarvin of Fairbanks, AK, Jessica (Justin) Spurrier of Juneau, AK, Sarah (Josh) Martin, Montesano, WA and Morgan (Larry) Michaelson of Meridian, ID. Also by 11 great grandchildren Hallie, Kaitlin, Jacob, Daymik, Abigail, Kylanna, Elijah, Cable, Samanatha, Ethan and Joseph. And by sister-in-law Ann Kramer and many nieces and nephews.
