He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mildred Krusinski and his wife, Patricia. He is survived by his brothers, Bill (Darcy) and Ron (Barb) and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He really enjoyed spending time with his relatives at family reunions.
Richard "Rich" graduated from North Thurston High, Olympia, Washington, in 1958. In 1964, after working as a house painter, he joined the Air Force. In 1965, he received a disability retirement as an Airman Second Class, having suffered injuries in an automobile accident.
Rich loved animals and he doted on dogs, especially his own Chino, a malamute, and "Blonders", his golden cocker spaniel.
Rich enjoyed bowling on several leagues a week and carried a 195+ average. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge and enjoyed social activities, especially dancing.
While living in Olympia, he attended the Church of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
