Charlie was an avid fisherman and duck hunter. He enjoyed hunting the most with his son and friends in Moses Lake.
He is survived by his wife Cathey and Son David, Daughter In Law Samantha, siblings Michael, Teresa, Ginny, Gary, Karla and Sheri.
Brother in Law Gary Peabody, Nieces Wendi, Kaila & McKenna. Nephews Brayden, and Colton and of Olympia, Washington.
Sister in Law Linda Bartley, Nieces Alisha and Brooke, Macy, Bryleigh, Alyse, Nephews Andrew and Owen in Texas.
