Charles (Chuck) Arthur Elhart passed away May 18, 2014 in Lacey, WA. He was born to Arthur and Helen (Harkness) Elhart in Aberdeen, WA. on April 12, 1941.
Chuck spent most of his adult life in the Olympia area. He was a graduate of North Thurston H.S. He received his B.A. from the University of Washington and an M.A. from Texas Christian University. He was the republican candidate for the Congressional 3rd District 1976.
He is survived by his brother, Larrie (Marilyn) Elhart; niece, Diane (Matt) Matson; nephew, Todd (Yasmine) Elhart and several cousins. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held June 21 at 11:00 a.m. at Mills and Mills in Tumwater.
