I knew Wally when we were young and sadly found out today he had passed almost 3 years ago.Just thought  maybe I'd look him up and found the obit.We grew up across the street from one another  and  later were good friends as young men. We even traveled to SoCal together and stayed there for a while. He stayed longer than I did.Hadn't seen him since I was about 28 or 29 and it's hitting me harder than I would have expected. Anyway just thought I'd write this note hoping it will still get to the family 3 years after the fact.My name is Jon-Marc Anderson but when I new Wally it was Mark Obrecht Think I'll listen to some music we both liked now.Blessings.

Waldo Black was a Great Guy.  He was a Teacher to his trade.  He was a great problem solver  (I would come to him to pick his brain on how to fix something.)  He had a great sense of humor, and a Wonderful Friend!He will be missed by many .
  
My heart goes out to Merlene.  I hope you can find some confort in this dark time.

I worked with Wally for close to 18 years and it was always a pleasure to see him. He was always positive,  really knew his business and he was always right on time for any appointment. We have lost one of the best and he will be greatly missed.

I do wish to express my sincere sympathy to Wally's family.
