Keric It’s still hard to believe you’re gone man, writing this is hard. It seems like a lifetime already without talking about cars, memes and life and going to Scottsdale Pavilion’s car meets. I remember having art with you at Pima College and sharing our interest in cars. You could literally make anyone burst out laughing anytime we’d hangout. Everyone liked you and you had friends everywhere. I’m glad to call you my friend and I hope to see you up there someday. 

Keric had a very unique soul. Sadly I only got to know him for a little bit of time but in those 3 years, he became a good friend of mine. When you were around him he would always make sure you were happy and always laughing. My boyfriend and him were best friends more like brothers. I will always remember the last minute dinners to chilli’s,  Keric always coming over to johns work on saturdays to hang out with us, and him always being in the most positive mood. I hope you are having fun up there bud and looking down on everyone you loved.

Still hard to believe that you’re not here anymore buddy. Keric and I have known each other since way back in elementary school and we watched each other grow up. He was always considered family to my parents and I. Keric always had a pure heart and was always there for me more than anyone else. I have no regrets being in his life until his final days because we lived life to the fullest together. Hope you’re doing well now brother, rest easy. 

Keric was a good guy. He was always there when you needed him. He always knew how to make people laugh and was so cheerful to be around. He was my boyfriends best friend so we spent a lot of time together.  I remember all the car shows, the late night drives to QT and all the holidays spent together. We never had a dull moment with Keric around. He kept things fun and exciting for everyone. Keric was more then a friend, he was family.

When I met Keric we bonded over cars of course.  I had just got a similar car to his trusty VW and he immediately became a close friend.  He was very nice, and had a knack for making friends with everyone.  Whether it was food, video games, car meets, Keric was always there with a smile on his face and kind words for everyone.  He was always the designated cook, and he could make any uneventful day better with a steak, some mashed potato's, and some of his Dad's favorite beans.  He was always the first to show up to everything; and was always eager to lend a helping hand to a friend in need, as he did with me many times.  My memories of Keric are very fond, because of his kindness, and his ability to have a good time in any situation.  This is a great loss to me, and my condolences go out to his parents, Mark and Corby, his grandparents, extended family, and anybody else that had the pleasure of knowing Keric like I did.  I'm very sorry for your loss and I hope he can rest in peace.

Unfortunately I wasn’t too close to Keric but I knew through middle school and throughout high school, I didn’t know anyone who had one bad thing to say about him. I’m very sad to hear of his passing but hope nothing but great memories fill his wall so his family know what a great person he was 

Keric where do I start man? From talking online on Xbox to you driving 7 hours out to California to come visit me. That trip was awesome and unfortunately the only time we met in person but was filled with such good memories like going down to Rodeo Drive. The happiness and laughter you brought to our friend group was infectious. You always knew how to make someone feel better even if they were having a bad day. I haven’t met many friends that were as good of a friend as you. I definitely lost a true friend.

I only knew Keric for about two years before he passed but, in those two years, I learned that he was such a great guy. From the conversations that we had, to the memories that we shared, there was never a dull moment. Although he may not be alive physically anymore, he still lives in our hearts.  

Keric was an amazing guy and my best friend. A funny guy. He always helped me when I was going through a rough time. he always made us all laugh and I regret not being able to meet him in person. we spent our time talking to one another every day and playing games. he's taught me a lot of things and he always helped me when I was going through something with my partner. along with things about cars even I didn't know. he was a real friend and I can't believe he's gone. we're going get through this. he wouldn't want us to be sad. Keric will be forever missed. Fly high buddy 

Keric was a good man, and friend. We spent most of our time talking overseas, laughing and enjoying our time playing games, and having long discussions. Keric always made us laugh no matter what we went through and made us forget about the bad, and washed a wave of good over us. I had plans to come and visit, but since the whole pandemic situation happened it was hard for me to visit. My only regret was not meeting one of my good friends in person.

Keric was one of the first real friends I had. He taught me so much from games to how to put a tire on a car. He always could make you laugh and will be missed dearly.

He was my nephew, so sad to hear this. I wish I had a chance to know him. 


I am the biological sister of Keric, over the years I tried to find him. I was always hopeful to know him and hopefully have a family bond.  But sadly I was unable to before hearing of his passing. I pray he lived a full life and for his family in this time of healing.

Keric was a son to us, a brother and lifelong friend to our son.  He’s travelled overseas with us with countless fond memories, celebrated every holiday and birthday in our home for over a decade.  

Our hearts are forever broken - we cherish all the memories, laughter and good times.  Words cannot express the sadness our family feels.  We will always remember his jovial spirit and kind heart.

Keric - the eternal jokester! Although Keric was technically my sons friend, he loved to drag my husband in on his “shenanigans”.  He was Ethans gaming friend and drove from Tucson to Fontana, CA to meet Ethan when we moved across the country.  He loved to play around but was also a great, real life friend to my son. We had a blast with him the few days he was in our home. I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet and know him. 

My heart goes out to his family. I can’t imagine your pain. You are in our thoughts & prayers. 

RIP Keric. We miss you already.

It seems like it was yesterday that Keric was visiting in Oberlin with Betty and Denny, and the family met at Sappa  Park for a picnic.  It was always fun to catch up with everyone.
