You’re often on my mind bro, and lately more so—perhaps a sign of aging and the inescapable weight of mortality? Either way, I felt drawn to reach out today. So many memories remain vividly intact, impossible to forget—especially our early years and all the rites of passage we navigated together. While you’re gone for now, you undoubtedly live on in me, and I’m certain in many others as well. See ya in the next dimension my guy!

Well I just want to say that you out of all people had me teary MC tedderton. An Sad not Smiling Semor. Straight got me all choked up, the one day I decided to put freaking mascara on out of all days had me looking like a raccoon. We used to laugh an have too much fun joking around just being goofy always getting into sometype of adventure but hadn’t known it was going to be like this, I couldn’t fully prepare myself enough an forgot everything I wanted to share with you and your family, but I did bring snacks we loved to munch down on goodies. Back to today I didn’t or had not fully excepted you not being In my existence to many loved ones seem to go too soon an it came to a point to cope i distanced myself from everyone I really loved an cared about to prevent me hurting from loosing anyone else, as you can see that backfired completely it just kept the loved ones from getting to share more memories an grow into the beautiful delicate flowers we sprouted to be  where I seemed to exclude myself from the herd I hurt an just like a waterfall so many memories flooded in like a fraite train, made me disoriented. I really am going to make a effort to make sure your spirit will nevertheless not be forgotten an to embrace this time to bring more loved ones that are on this plane into the presence an into life’s future endeavors. See you on the other side brother I love ya. 

Grief never ends, but it changes. It’s a passage, not a place to stay. Grief is not a weakness or a character flaw, it is the price we pay for love.  This does not mean we should avoid love for the fear of grief, it is our depth of love which will temper our grief over time. So lets us defray our bereavement with the memories of the joy we shared by knowing Kalin.

Kalin and I spent our elementary years more-or-less joined at the hip. I fondly remember being paired up with Kalin on our first day of 1st grade, and the rest is history. Some of my best memories include adventuring around Pack River, constructing shoddy tree forts, endless sleep overs, terrorizing Rachel (and the rest of the family for that matter)…. Marti and Brodie, my sincerest apologies for the tree : ) (if you know you know). Kalin, you will be missed by many, and the world has lost an incredible life. Rest easy my friend.

My family has known Kalin since he was five years old. He and Kyle shared many humorous adventures. The last time I saw him was when he helped  me move. A daunting task, but through the rain and soggy feet, Kalin kept smiling. My heart aches for the Kellogg family, but I know Kalin is still smiling. He would want them to know how much he loves them, that he is close by, and that they will be reunited in a tick of time. 

Nothing can compare to the group of friends we have had and all of the memories we have shared together. 
Kalin holds a special place in my heart. I will forever miss his smile, his hugs, and his silly and ridiculous sense of humor.

Kalin was a true heart! He would always be there from me when I asked (maybe a few hours late) but came through. We experienced something that not a lot of people have been able to do, we had a community of friends that were trusted and   all of us were accepted no matter how dumb we got the night before. So many laughs, so much joy! We had more fun then anyone should have ;). I truly feel that your light is still shining on us. You are deeply missed but you will never be forgotten!

I cant find the words to tell you how much I miss you. I will always remember the times we shared. From BBQ in the backyard, to you showing up at my house drenched after putting a dirt bike in the river, you were always a wild one. You lived fearlessly, and were never afraid to show the world your true self. The world feels a little darker without you in it. Until we meet again my friend. <3

Kalin was always the reason for the pain in my gut from laughing so hard. He was so goofy and ridiculously silly and continously put a smile on everyone's face.

Kalin was one of the brightest, most outgoing souls I have ever known.  His laugh was infectious and his smile always warmed your heart.  In times of need, Kalin was the first to volunteer love, help, support, or a good laugh.  I am grateful for the years I was fortunate enough to spend with Kalin.  May his soul be at peace and the afterlife filled with his laughter.  Until we meet again my friend.   

If I could pick one favorite memory.. I would, but every memory I've had with Kalin was a good one. The times I saw him with anything but a smile are few and far between and that emanated to everyone around him. I sure do love you Mr. Kellogg.. I'll miss you until the day I get to see you again.
