Mrs Juanita Mitchell Ghorm was born March 01, 1931 in Macon County, Marshallville, Georgia to the late Charles Thomas Mitchell and Hattie Mae Mitchell. She departed this life on August 16, 2022.
At an early age she attended school in Macon County, later she furthered her education in Newark, New Jersey. Juanita was joined in Holy Matrimony to Mr Walter Ghorm and to this union one son was born.
Juanita was very industrial in her work ethics and very articulate in conversation in her supervisory position at Smith Industries in Florham Park, N.J. Upon retirement she moved to Tucson, Arizona. She enjoyed her daily coffee and reading the newspaper. She was an avid lover of her 4 dogs and a great caretaker of them, as well as taking care of her shrubs around her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Ghorm, her father Charles Thomas Mitchell, her mother Hattie Mitchell, her sister Bernice Mitchell, and her son Craig Mitchell Ghorm.
Her life will be cherished forever by her loving Grandson, Jamar Stroughn, Granddaughters-in-law Miranda Stroughn and Krystal Moorman, Great Grandchildren Kyara Stroughn, Jakai Stroughn, Jariiya Stroughn, Hennise Foster, Hendre Foster, Henry Foster, Brooklyn Foster, Josiah Foster, and Bailey Howard. Daughter-in-law Caroline Ghorm. Aunt, Annie Lee Ross. Devoted cousins, Courtney and Wayne Freeman. A friend, Linda Cook and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
