Guadalupe Enriquez Ruiz was born November 20th, 1930 in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico. As a child she loved to sing and dance, entertain, and was a great company, and loved by many. She remembered the lyrics to many songs. Although she only went up to grade school, Lupita was very smart and she loved reading about health, natural remedies, spirituality, and she almost always had answers for everything. A few of her favorite things were Milky Way chocolate bar, 7 up & cinnamon gum. She was very traditional and cooked the best tamales & homemade tortillas. She was married twice and had 10 children, 19 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. She remembered most of their birthdays. Guadalupe was a homemaker and although she didn’t drive a vehicle, she loved to travel one way or another. She had nicknames for a few; Crystal “La Pinguina”, Marito “Mi Papito”, Mario “Mr. Enriquiyo”, and Chloe “La Niña”. Lupita was generous, loved helping others, and protective. God let us have Guadalupe here for a long life time and she will be greatly missed but it was time that the Lord took her to rest. Until the day that we will see each other again when Jesus comes.
