Gloria Felix Cortez

Gloria Felix Cortez, age 80, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, surrounded by her loving children Yvonne F. Cortez, Jorge O. Cortez Jr. (Georgina), Ernesto L. Cortez (Yolanda), & Laura Felix. Gloria was born December 16, 1941. Gloria was retired from Sunnyside School District where she worked at Drexel Elementary in food service. Gloria had 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren whom she loved all dearly. Preceded in death by her parents Federico Felix and Ramona Felix also her brother Francisco M. Felix- Marine Corp. Survived by her loved siblings Fred Felix (Martha), Pauline Garcia (Thomas), Antonio Felix (Alicia), David Felix (Graciella), Yolanda Gonzales (Bobby), and Ronald Felix (Patsy). Rest in Paradise Beautiful Soul.

A visitation for Gloria will be held Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A reception will occur Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. Burial will be held May 20th, 2022 at Holy Hope Cemetery at 9:30 AM
