Ernesto Ohnesorgen Bejarano, age 79, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona. Ernesto was born on November 14, 1945 in Nogales, Arizona. He graduated from Sunnyside High School and received his High School Diploma. He also received his trade certificate for welding at Pima Community College. He married Yolanda Romero on June 29, 1968. Ernesto worked for the City of Tucson for the Department of Transportation as a Crew Leader and retired. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in Vietnam. He had a passion for his Raiders, Dodgers, beer, and a good glass of scotch or whiskey, and singing. He is preceded in death by his mother Carmen Ohnesorgen Figueroa; by his step father Alex Figueroa; by his father Joaquin Bejarano; and by his brothers Richard and Carlos Bejarano. He is survived by his wife Yolanda; by his daughters Monica Felix (Alfred), Sonia Meza (Frank); by his grandchildren Brandi Espinoza (Patrick), Brittany Martinez (Antony), Alfredo Felix (Corrina), Alex Meza (Amoriah), Ashley Meza, Demitrous Meza & 6 great grandchildren.
A visitation for Ernesto will be held Monday, December 30, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel South Lawn, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A rosary will occur Monday, December 30, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 5401 South Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706. A funeral mass will occur Monday, December 30, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 602 W Ajo Way, Tucson, AZ 85713. A graveside service will occur Monday, December 30, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at South Lawn Cemetery, 5401 S Park Ave, Tucson, AZ 85706.
