Elsie Jane Sickelka was born in Wood County WV on September 19, 1917 and died in Tucson, AZ April 8, 2017. She was preceded in death by husband, Walter Sickelka and grandson, Britt Mac Morran. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Paul & Anita Britt, and daughter, Janie Britt. Seven grandchildren also survive; Amy Britt-Harmon (Rob), Ann Webb (Bart), Veronica Salazar (Alonso Hernandez), James Britt (Mary), Brandon Mac Morran, Martin Mac Morran (Vanessa), Keely Mac Morran and six great-grandchildren, William Harmon, Ashley Harmon, Emily Hernandez, Jack Webb, Katie Webb and George Britt. Her strong will, love of family and friends, cooking and baking, and incredible creations as a seamstress is her legacy. She was very proud of her 30year membership in ESA (a philanthropic organization) and loved the friendships of her sorority sisters. Elsie was also active in the Red Hat Ladies. Celebration of her life is at 2:00 pm April 22, 2017 @ East Lawn Palms, 5801 E. Grant Road, Tucson, AZ 85712 with reception to follow at family home.
