Deborah (Debbie) Ann (Zabbo) Beveridge was born on May 6, 1954 to Anello Anthony Zabbo and Patricia Mae Gorham of Lowell Massachusetts, where she was raised and went to school. Debbie died January 8, 2023 in Tucson, AZ where she has resided for the last 50 years.
To have known Debbie was a treasure. She lived passionately and fiercely for her family in all endeavors. Debbie was a sister to Mike, Kathy, Patti, Tony and Donna. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents, Anello and Patricia, her brother Tony, her sister Donna and her daughter Sheila. Debbie moved to Tucson with her first love, Rick Baran, during his enlistment in the United States Air Force. Together, Rick and Debbie had a daughter, Sheila. Though they separated, they stayed the best of friends throughout their lives.
Debbie then met the second love of her life, Kevin, through work. Kevin was serving in the United States Army. Together they lived a life full of love, laughter and passion. When life threw obstacles and tragedy, they held tight to each other and conquered all. Debbie and Kevin adopted their granddaughter, Amanda, and raised her as their own. Debbie loved being a great grandmother, but only went by Nana. She made sure everyone knew it, too. Being Nana was her favorite role.
