Charles D Payne II, age 77, of Tucson, Arizona passed away on Friday, May 3, 2024. Charles was born in Lovington, New Mexico
Charlie is survived by wife Vicki, daughters Tami and Traci, grandchildren Alex, Austin, Kirianna, David and Hailey. He loved motorcycles, especially Harleys. Charlie and Vicki went on many rides together, from Texas to the White Mountains of Arizona to Las Vegas. We will all miss him very much.
