On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, Arthur G. Langeloh, 88, passed away peacefully in the arms of
his loving wife, Deborah, of 36 years. Art was born in Chicago, Illinois to Arthur and Lillian
Langeloh. He was a fully certified automobile mechanic who went on to own and operate three
Chicago area gas stations through Standard Oil Company for many years. Art was also an
active board member for the Illinois Gasoline Dealers Association. Eventually, he sold the
stations and purchased an Interstate truck plaza in Lemont, Illinois. It was here that Art met
Deborah in 1982. On June 16, 1984, they were married. After operating the truck plaza for over
20 years, Art sold it and they retired to Tucson, Arizona, where they made it their home for the
last 25 years.
Art enjoyed golfing, hiking, exploring the Southwest on road trips, cruising, fine dining, and
became quite a wine connoisseur. He especially enjoyed touring the beautiful vineyards in the
Sonoma and Napa regions of California. He loved spending time making 1000 piece jigsaw
puzzles and became a master at constructing over fifty 3-D puzzles as well.
Arthur is survived by his wife Deborah Langeloh, as well as many family members and friends.
We take comfort in knowing that Art is now with the Lord and has been reunited with all the
loved ones who have gone before him
