Anthony Paul Sayre

It is with deepest sorrow and with great sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved family member and friend Anthony Paul Sayre, age 38, born March 13, 1984, who departed this life on Sunday May 15, 2022, in Tucson, AZ. Anthony was a compassionate, loving and generous man. He took great joy in preserving wildlife, restoring vintage cars, collecting antiques, gardening and had a great love for all animals. Anthony was a hard-working accomplished mechanic who enjoyed spending time with his close family and friends.

Anthony will be much missed and remembered by his father Paul Sayre, his mother Cindy Atkinson, his sister Cecelia Sayre and Marc (fiancé), her daughter Ayvah, her son Jordan and Faith (wife)Hansen, his grandmother Naeko Atkinson and grandfather Ace Atkinson and by many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends; too many to name but loved and appreciated as extended family. And by his great love Kylee Smith and his joy Novella and Skyler they were loved like they were his own and her family. Reunited with grandma Ruth Austen and cousin “Tito" Delgado and many more family and friends that he has joined.

A celebration of life for Anthony will be held Friday, May 27, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel University, 7 East University Blvd, Tucson, AZ 85705.
