A funeral service for Noel will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Lighthouse Memorials & Receptions, 901 Torrance Blvd, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, followed by a reception from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
