It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of Steve. His fun loving nature will be sorrily missed by all those who knew him. He was a best friend and husband to Nancy and devoted father to Jennifer (Andrew) and David. Steve is pre-deceased by his parents Don and Elizabeth "Betty", and far too recently his brother Scott. He was surrounded by supportive and life-long friends and every moment possible was spent with many of them at his cottage on Balsam Lake. Steve was a one of a kind man and life without him will not be the same for many.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Rd, Scarborough, on Wed, April 18 from 7-9pm, with a funeral service taking place on Thurs, April 19 at 1pm in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Diabetes Association and the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
