I was a friend of Bobby in Timmins and played bass in The Bob Platt Trio along with Roy Brazeau on drums. It was one of the best times of my life. He will be missed.

Orland and I have good memories of  Robert playing the piano and performing at ST. Lukes's church always loved his smile.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. May he rest in peace.
