Passed away peacefully at the age of 88 in the Toronto Western Hospital on October 29th, 2014. Predeceased by parents Helen and Doug Costain, husband of 39 years Jack Gordon, and brother Sandy Costain. Patricia is survived by Sister Joan Smith and brother Doug Costain. Wonderful mother to Heather (Ken) Mains, Cathy (Harvey) Matsell and John Gordon. Loving Grandmother to Lesley and Andrew Geisler and Lindsay and Michael Mains. Patricia was a kind and gentle soul who will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by many family and friends. A visitation will be held at the GIFFEN-MACK FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION CENTRE. 2570 DANFORTH AVE. TORONTO, ONTARIO (AT MAIN SUBWAY STATION) on Sunday, November 2nd 2014 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm & 6:00 – 8:00 pm. A service of remembrance will be held at Calvary Baptist Church (72 Main Street, Toronto Ontario. 416-691-4721) on Monday, November 3rd 2014 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers Patricia’s family kindly asks that donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
