Surrounded by her loving family, peacefully at home, Irene (Doiron) Comeau passed away Tuesday December 3, 2024, in Pickering, Ontario, at the golden age of 92. Irene, predeceased by her beloved husband, John Comeau of 64 years, and would have celebrated their 76th wedding anniversary in 2024.
Loving mother and mother-in-law of Patricia and Tony Lippa, the late Stafford Comeau, the late Frank and Lea Comeau, Linda and Steve Hall, Laura and Rick Swyers, Sylvia and the late Abbie Paul, Jerry and Zoi Comeau, Cindy and Jules Bernier, Denise and Dale Liscoumb, Lisa and Andrew Goodey, Candice and her husband the late Lindsay Comeau.
Irene was born in Tracadie, New Brunswick in 1932, and will be reunited with her mom, dad and many siblings, who predeceased her. She was the proud grandma of 26 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.

The family will be receiving friends and family for a Celebration of Life on Friday December 6, 2024, between 3-7 p.m., at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 322, 111 Hunt St., Ajax, Ontario.
