Humberto Ferreira

Humberto Ferreira passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, December 24, 2022. Humberto was born on November 4, 1945 in Sao Miguel, Azores. He married the love of his life and soulmate, Lourdes, on June 19, 1971 and they have been inseparable and by each other’s side for over 51 years. Humberto was an ever-devoted and loving father to his children, Christine and Humberto Jr., and he became a second father (padrinho) to his son-in-law Ricardo and his daughter-in-law Jennifer. Being “Vovi” to his 3 grandchildren, Lexie, Nico and Vicki, was a highlight of his life. No matter what anyone needed, we always knew… Dad can do it! Vovi can fix it! Humberto leaves a legacy of love, laughter and life to all that he touched. Visitation will be held at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home, 467 Sherbourne St., Toronto on Monday, January 2, 2023 from 4-8pm with a Celebration of Life service at 7pm. On Tuesday, January 3, 2023 final goodbyes and closing of the casket at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home at 9am to be followed by burial at 10am in St. John’s Norway Cemetery, 256 Kingston Road, Toronto.
